Since its establishment, Tanfer Hospital has adopted a health approach based on specialization in technology with direct relationship with patient as well as utilization of diagnose and treatment methods accepted on academic platforms. In this regards, it follows and implements all developments and innovations in the field of medicine together with its valuable specialist and surgical teams having international experience.

Our corporation has been managed by those from healthcare sector since its establishment. Our hospital considers healthcare service as a team work and thus has established a specialized medical and administrative staff by investing in human resources as well as technological equipment. Based on this vision, our hospital has systematically applied total quality management in all diagnostic and treatment processes in line with the purpose of “Unconditional patient satisfaction” and has obtained 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate and 14001:2004 Environmental Management Certificate; maintained its service quality by continuing trainings for all personnel and applying control system according to all requirements of the Universal Declaration of Patient Rights.

In our institution serving 24 hours, 7 days in accordance with the international standards and having contract with all local and international private insurance in addition to SSI, all patients are treated in single private rooms based on the principle of “Unconditional Patient Satisfaction”.

Visitors and Companions

The Private Kadıoğlu Hospital’s rules for visitors and patient companions have been set according to the “Universal Declaration of Patient Rights and Patient Satisfaction Standards”.

Within this scope;

Our visitation guidelines:

  • Patient visiting hours are from 9 a.m.-10 p.m. seven days per week.
  • Patient visits are limited to 2 visitors per patient at one time.
  • It should be paid attention to keep the duration of visit short, not to make noise and not to bring children under the age of 10 to visit,
  • Any food and beverage should not be brought from outside considering our patients’ health and treatment process,
  • Patient’s belongings and bed should not be used during the visit keeping infection risk in mind,
  • In terms of patient health, hands should be washed before and after the visit and if necessary hand disinfectants in patient rooms should be used,
  • Any gifts having potential risk of infection such as magazine, newspaper, hygienic care products (cologne, paper tissue, paper towel, paper napkins), flower (with soil or without soil) and toy should be brought when coming to visit,
  • Smoking inside the hospital is strictly forbidden.

 

Our Companion Guidelines:

  • The doctor’s instructions on whether a companion is required or not should be followed,
  • Only one companion is allowed,
  • Companion should follow the instructions of doctors and nurses and not perform any applications for patient care beyond the knowledge of relevant doctor and nurses,
  • Companion should follow all management guidelines of our hospital.

Our institution continuously improves itself focusing on “Patient and Employee Safety” according to the “”Healthcare Service Quality Standards”. Trainings are organized and the following committee meetings are held under annual schedules and programs within the scope of HKS (Healthcare Quality Standard) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization), considering “Patient and Employee Safety”.
